We’ll drive backroads almost exclusively — just right for maxi enjoyment of your MINI. The Pik N Pig offers great BBQ and optional shaded, alfresco dining. It is alongside the airstrip of Gilliam McConnell Airfield where we can watch people fly in for the BBQ. You're on your own for the return trip. Take your time and enjoy the ride - or get back fast.
Some of you may wish to venture further south 15 miles to Southern Pines. Having a navigator is suggested to better follow the explicit instructions and enjoy the mostly scenic drive.
