Chapter Application Process

The process to apply for a Chapter Charter is covered in the Forming a New Chapter document listed above. A printed version of the application form and member petition form is included in this document. After reviewing the information, you are invited to apply online using an electronic form and uploading electronic copies (jpg or pdf) specific supporting documentation.
